The graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts and service names associated with Trinity are trademarks and trade dress of Trinity in Canada and other countries. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND VARIATIONS

Trinity tries to be as specific as possible. However, Trinity does not warrant that descriptions of Trinity’s or any other products are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Trinity does not meet the description, your sole remedy is to return it in an unused condition. You understand that there may be variations in the jewelry products sold by Trinity. Additionally, you are responsible for ordering body jewelry of the correct size and / or gauge size for your own needs and your sole remedy for incorrectly sized items is to return them in unused condition. PRICE ACCURACY

Unless otherwise indicated, the prices displayed for products on any of our websites represent the selling price associated with your account. Trinity cannot confirm the price of an item until you confirm your order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of articles may be misjudged. If the correct price of an item sold by Trinity is greater than our listed price, we will contact you, at our discretion, for instructions prior to shipment or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

At Trinity, we are committed to meet the needs of our customers. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you believe a return is warrant, please carefully review the information below and contact our customer service department at 450-669-1111 or email us at [email protected], so that we can respond to your needs.

10 days return period: We believe in our products. If you are not satisfied, or for any reason, you may return unused, unopened products purchased from Trinity, any time within 10 days of purchase, for a full refund, excluding shipping charges. Please contact our customer service to regularize returns.

30 Day Exchange Period: When the return period is over, you have a maximum of 30 days from the date of purchase to make an exchange with other products. Please refer to the applicable additional charges section.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Trinity warrants only to the original purchaser of any product and brand purchased from Trinity, that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal conditions. Please contact our customer service within 10 days of purchase. This warranty does not cover defects or costs caused by:

modification, alteration, repair, or maintenance of this product by any person or company other than Trinity,
physical abuse or misuse of the product or its operation in a manner incompatible with the use indicated in the instructions. Any express warranty not provided herein, and any remedy which, other than the warranty contained herein, which may arise by inference or by application of law, is hereby excluded and disclaimed, including implied warranties of merchantable quality and suitability for a particular usage.

After 30 days, the products cannot be returned.

This limited warranty does not cover items manufactured by third parties and sold by Trinity. Manufacturer information appears on the article page. We recommend that you contact third party manufacturers to determine warranty terms for a particular product, prior to purchase.

SHIPPING AND PREPARATION TIMES

New orders are usually packaged within 3 business days of ordering and delivered within the time frame specified at checkout depending on the shipping option selected. These times are only a guide and we make no guarantees unless otherwise stated. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with an order tracking number and information on how to track your package. ADDITIONAL APPLICABLE CHARGES

After the 10 days grace period, restocking fees on returns and / or exchanges are 30% of the paid price of returned items plus an additional administrative charge of $ 15.00. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

The costs caused by non-claimed of a sent package are equal to the transport costs of the initial shipment and those of the return. In addition, there is an administrative charge of $ 15.00. There are risks inherent in body piercing and tattooing, which can include potentially serious injuries. The risks of such injuries are reduced, but not eliminated, by using trained and experienced body piercing and tattoo technicians. Trinity cannot be held responsible for injuries caused by misuse of our products, or injuries resulting from technician errors during the piercing or tattooing process. Buyers of our products assume all risks inherent in the use and resale of these products.

BODY JEWELERY

Body jewelry at Trinity is sold in new, unused condition and is not sterile unless otherwise stated on the product packaging. We recommend that you sterilize body jewelry before use.

SMALL PARTS SUCH AS BODY JEWELERY MAY BE A CHOKING HAZARD; KEEP AWAY FROM SMALL CHILDREN.

EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Purchasers of products from Trinity agree to hold Trinity harmless for any damage or injury that may arise as a result of the use or resale of such products by purchaser, and to indemnify Trinity for all damages, costs and / or costs which may be associated with damage or injury resulting from the use or resale of such products by the purchaser, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW IN FONCTION OF THE TERRITORY CONCERNED, TRINITY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TRINITY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ANY SERVICES, INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU BY TRINITY, OR TRINITY SERVERS OR ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS SENT FROM TRINITY, ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. TRINITY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM THE USE OF ANY INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS OR OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED OR MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES DIRECT, INDIRECT, ACCESSORY, PUNITIVE AND INDIRECT, UNLESS OTHERWISE INDICATED IN WRITING.

SOME LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE CLAUSES, EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.

COMPROMISE CLAUSE

Arbitration. Any dispute or litigation that may arise as a result of, or on the occasion of a purchase transaction made with Trinity through its site or by telephone, fax, email or other means of communication in accordance with the present Terms and conditions, its appendices, in particular its confidentiality policy, must be decided by institutional arbitration excluding the courts, under the aegis of a recognized arbitration center and according to the commercial arbitration rules ( in force at the time of acceptance hereof) of the National and International Commercial Arbitration Center of Quebec (CACNIQ) and to which the parties declare to adhere, with the exception of disputes or litigation which may be adjudicated by the Small Claims Court or which could be if the plaintiff chooses to decrease its claim to be eligible for this level of statutory tribunal, in which case this tribunal will have full authority to settle the dispute or litigation.

The request by a party to a court, before or during the arbitral proceedings, for provisional or protective measures and the granting of such measures by a court are not incompatible with this arbitration clause.
