How do I Earn Points?

To earn reward points, you first need to have an account on our store. Please sign up for an account. Once you have an account you can then earn reward points by placing orders and completing any of the actions in our earning section for bonus points. Please note that any client that has a special agreement for preferable pricing with our company will not be eligible to accumulate or spend points.

How do I Spend Points?

You can spend your points on any order you place through our store. At the cart and at the checkout please adjust the slider to spend your points on that order.You can spend points in increments of 500. Please make sure you are logged in first! Points may not be exchanged for any monetary value.

How do I check my points balance?

You can see a summary of your points accumulated on your account dashboard available when you select my account.

I’ve paid for my order but why haven't I received my points?

All points accumulated on an order will only be awarded once the order has been shipped.

How do I share on Social Media to earn points?

You can share using our handy buttons provided above each product you view. Additionally, you can earn 50 points just for sharing your purchase using our Facebook or twitter buttons available at the bottom of the order confirmation page.

How many times can I share on Social Media?

You can share on social media our products or pages as many times as you would like. However, we can only offer rewards for the first five times per day you share on social media for a maximum of ten per week.

I referred my friend but why didn’t I receive my points?

Points are only awarded after the person being referred has made their first purchase. Additionally, every subsequent purchase your referee makes will award you an extra 5% points on their total purchase. You will receive an email letting you know when you have received points from your referral.

I reviewed a product but why haven’t I received my points?

You will be awarded 50 points after your review has been approved by our site manager. Also, you may only receive points for one review per day for a maximum of two reviews per week.

Do points expire?

Yes points expire after 365 days of inactivity, however, activity on the account such as; making an order, using points for discounts or any other activity that grants points will reset the timer. You can see how many days until your points expire from your account dashboard.
