Shipping & Delivery
When will my order be shipped? Orders are usually shipped the same day the order is placed or the day after depending on the quantity of orders we have and the size of the order. Will I be provided with a tracking number? If the order is placed on the website, you will be provided with a tracking number once the order is completed. If the order is placed by phone, email, or fax, you must request to have the tracking number if you wish to be provided with one.
Privacy & Security
Can I change the shipping address for one of my orders? In order to change the address, you must call or email us to let us know of the change. If we are not made aware of the change, orders will be sent to the address that’s on file. I forgot my password. What do I do? Please give us a call or email us so we can reset the password for you.
Returns & Replacements
What is the return policy? If you wish to return the item you recently ordered, you will have to send it back to us at your cost. Once we receive the item, we will either give you a credit for the return on your next order or we can send you a cheque. Note that on all returned items there well be a restocking fee of 20% apply and deduct from your credit and/or check.  Please call us before returning items. What is the exchange policy? If you wish to exchange and item, you will have to send it back at your cost. Once we receive the item, we will send you the item requested in exchange. Please call us before sending out the item you wish to exchange.
Ordering
Do you ship internationally? We only ship within Canada. How do I cancel my order? If you wish to cancel your order, please call us as soon as possible since we ship same day.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
How much does shipping cost? The cost of shiipping varies depending on the weight of the package, the value of the order, the location of where the package is being sent and the method of payment. If you wish to pay your order C.O.D. (cash on delivery), there is an extra fixed fee of $7.25. For precise iinformation about the cost of shipping on the order you would like to place, please call us. How do I pay for my order? The methods of payment offered are C.O.D, credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer. In order to pay with your credit card, we must send you an authorization form to be completed and sent back along with a photocopy of the credit card and your driver’s license (or any kind of picture I.D.). This is for security purposes only. When do I get charged for my purchase? If your order has been placed on the website, your order will be charged when the order is placed unless the method of payment chosen is C.O.D. If the order was placed by phone, email or fax, you will be charged once the order is completed. All orders paid by C.O.D will be paid on delivery.
Viewing Orders
How do I add an item or modify my order? To add an item or to modify your order, please call us as soon as possible so that the necessary changes can be done before the order is shipped out. How do I know if everything is in stock? You can either call us before placing an order to find out if a particular item is in stock or you can place the order and we will call you if there are any items out of stock. It’s been more than a week and I haven’t received my order. What do I do? Depending on where you are located, it can take up to 5 business days for the order to be delivered. If it’s been more than 5 days, please call us and we will track the package for you.

How do I change my password? If you wish to change your password, please call us and we will change it for you.
